Marcy Loftus, Owner/President
Marcy has always had close ties to Creative Options. Right out of college, Marcy’s career began in an administrative role with Creative Options where she learned the business inside and out. After fostering business relationships while in this role, she launched into a new phase with a client, a technology company, where she spent years coordinating their proposal production process. She managed the writing/editing, graphics, and printing aspects for many government and private RFPs.
Now back at Creative Options, Marcy enjoys working with her dedicated team, where they match busy clients with talented workers. This fulfilling work keeps her busy, but she also enjoys spending time with her husband and four children.
Paul Loftus, Executive Vice President
Paul has over 20 years of management experience in both the public and private sector. Prior to working at Creative Options, Paul spent 18 years working for a Fortune 500 company in management positions in Business Development, Operations, and Finance. Since 2006, Paul has served as General Manager of Creative Options. He has drawn from his previous business experience to streamline processes, foster client relationships, improve recruitment, and broaden business services offered, which have strengthened the business future of Creative Options.
One of Paul’s memorable jobs in college was driving the Zamboni at the University of Delaware ice rink. When Paul is not working, he is busy with the various sports activities of his children. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, biking, running, and spending time cheering on his favorite Washington sports teams.

Steve Smith, Founder and Chairman
Steve established Creative Options in 1991. Prior to taking on varied responsibilities here he served as Vice President, Corporate Communications at one of the country’s largest corporations, as well as spending years in management roles in leading advertising agencies, including J. Walter Thompson. He also served as an officer in the U.S. Navy for 5 years. He remains active in the daily operations of Creative Options. In his spare time he loves hiking, particularly his annual visit to the Swiss Alps.

Alison Walisko, Personnel Director
Alison has been with Creative Options since its inception. She is currently the Personnel Director, handling everything from sourcing and recruiting the most talented staff to matching the talent with the clients’ specific needs. Alison also handles payroll and invoicing.
She previously worked as a graphic designer for several ad agencies in the DC area. She got her BA from Virginia Tech and enjoys traveling, music and biking.
